This website, along with all associated proprietary API routing infrastructure, is owned and operated by REDSTONE ARCHER HOLDCO LLC, doing business as Archer Institutional Technology Systems (hereinafter referred to as "Archer ITS", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, purchasing our SaaS API licenses, or utilizing our software, you enter into a legally binding contract with REDSTONE ARCHER HOLDCO LLC and agree to be bound entirely by this Master SaaS Agreement.
ArcherITS provides enterprise API middleware and ultra-low latency routing software. REDSTONE ARCHER HOLDCO LLC operates strictly as an unregulated technology vendor and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We do not provide financial advice, broker-dealer services, or act as an executing agent. The middleware facilitates signal routing to registered executing brokers (such as Ironbeam).
The software and APIs provided by ArcherITS do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or trading advice. Furthermore, ArcherITS does not at any time hold, custody, or have transfer rights over client funds. All financial settlement and execution occur at the respective regulated brokerage entities chosen by the client.
