All software environments and API bridges deployed by REDSTONE ARCHER HOLDCO LLC are utilized entirely at the self-directed discretion of the client.

System Uptime, Latency, and Outage Disclaimer

ArcherITS provides a best-effort API routing layer. By using our services, you acknowledge that electronic routing systems are subject to hardware failures, internet latency, exchange outages, and unforeseen software bugs. ArcherITS shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missed executions, or slippage resulting from system outages, network interruptions, or degraded API performance. The reporting portals provided are "view-only" tools intended for reference and may be delayed compared to the official statements provided by your executing broker.

CFTC RULE 4.41

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. ArcherITS does not generate or distribute performance returns; any strategies routed through our middleware are proprietary to the respective strategy developers.
