Developers cannot hand over their compiled algorithm or source code to end users to run locally. Archer sandboxes the code so signals are executed without the proprietary logic ever being exposed.
We ensure client capital never touches our systems. Funding is deposited directly into the HNW investor's name at their chosen executing broker (e.g., Ironbeam), entirely outside Archer's infrastructure.

A compliant structure requires distinct boundaries. Archer provides pure SaaS middleware. The Strategy Provider (e.g., DMC) generates signals under private exemptions. The Broker holds funds and executes trades.
